Winter Break / New Year's

ARCIL, Inc. will be closed for the Winter Break from Friday: December 8, 2023 through
Monday: January 1, 2024. ARCIL will re-open for regularly scheduled business hours on
Tuesday: January 2, 2024 at 7:15 AM.

Any Consumer Relocations and/or STS's (Purchase and Delivery) scheduled during the above Winter Break will be conducted by “On-Call” HBC Relocation Staff (RS).  If an HBC consumer plans to relocate during this time period, an ARCIL RS will reach out to the consumer to schedule the STS.  ARCIL's Relocation Specialist backup Staff have been assigned and scheduled for adequate coverage during this time period for referrals and relocation documentation.

ARCIL also provides services throughout Hays, Caldwell, Comal, and Blanco counties at ARCIL San Marcos (San Marcos, Texas), and Williamson, Bell, Burnet, and Milam counties at ARCIL Round Rock (Round Rock, Texas).
