According to Title VII, Part C of the Rehab Act of 1973 as amended, the following core services are provided by Centers for Independent Living.

1. Information and Referral
2. Independent Living Skills Training
3. Peer counseling
4. Individual and Systems Advocacy
5. Transition Services
